In our time together, we will dive into the body systems, work together to remember your best self, and bring back that feeling of thriving and glow from the inside out. We will create lasting rhythms that work in harmony with your body, to listen to your wise woman inside.
Using the power of Ayurveda's ancient wisdom coupled with the support of modern science, you’ll learn how to live with greater ease, longevity, and sustainability. You’ll learn how to heal with food, what in the heck primary food is and why it is critical to a healthy life {hint... it's not really food at all}, how to reduce / manage stress, balance digestion, increase capacity for enjoyment, and why it is so dang important to get a restful nights sleep {+ how to get one!}
This is about cultivating flow between what you want and what you do. You need to make sustainable changes that move you in the direction of your goals. This is a life long journey of self discovery and sister, the time is now. You are ready for this!
Together, we’ll use the practices of Ayurveda and Yoga to bring you home to yourself. You’ll move closer to the truest sense of you, and as a result live a life full of purpose, abundance, pleasure, and ease.

The Embodied Reset
Designed for the person who is committed to seeing change and getting long lasting results, The Embodied Reset is 3 months of individualized and private coaching that opens the pathway to mind, body, soul transformation. I believe our bodies have the ability to heal themselves if give half a chance. My dharma is to empower you by putting your healing back in your own heart and body.
This is for you if you’re ready to commit to a partnership, make bold adjustments / choices, and do the work necessary to make the shift towards greater health, wellness, abundance, creativity, ease, balance, vitality, purpose, and pleasure. Together, we’ll create a plan to move in the direction of YOUR optimal life and dharma.
By the end, you will:
-learn the seasons, patterns and cycles influencing your health {including the moon cycles and how that relates to your menstrual experience}.
-learn how the various aspects of primary food are affecting your well-being and action steps to make bold choices in support of your health and happiness.
-experience the healing properties available in your food, and sleep.
-develop an individualized plan of lifestyle changes designed to support your unique physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

The Embodied Reset is 3 months of individualized, private coaching. This is a monthly offering in order to create consistency and a strong partnership, together!
In this 3 month package, here is what you will receive:
-two calls a month. The first call is a 90 minute intake call to address your health assessment form (provided prior to scheduling the first call) and discuss further findings. We’ll talk about your health history, goals, how to get you where you want to be and an idea of what I can offer to assist in the process. We will also touch on the commitment and thoughts on some of the key areas we will dive into.
-60 minute subsequent calls, scheduled every 2 weeks. This is to build consistency, momentum, and follow through. During these calls, the focus will be on education and lifestyle changes so you can start to feel the difference that arises when your heart starts to own your power to heal.
-homework. This may look like self or food journaling, food/sleep/routine practices, or charting exercises. It will depend on what we’re trying to balance, clear, nourish, or support. Noticing and understanding your feelings, results, and patterns is the key to unlocking your empowered wellness.
-ability to book individual follow up sessions upon completion of the 3 month Embodied Reset. In these follow up sessions, we’ll dive further into your dosha, senses, and emotional patterns. We will expand and move in the direction of your bigger goals and longings. What are those big hairy audacious goals that your gut and heart have been calling out? What is your dharma {life's purpose} and what steps need to be taken to get you closer to a mind, body, soul integration?

Yoga
With over 250 hours of training, yoga has been my passion for almost 10 years now and I feel blessed to have opportunities to share that passion with communities around the globe. My training is inspired by the Baron Baptiste method, however I have completed additional modules in Ayurveda sequencing, kids / teen and family yoga, and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to name a few. I adapt my teaching to meet my students where they are in their practice, while listening to the subtle messages their bodies are telling them; always offering modifications and alignment coaching as well as up level poses to challenge the mind, body and ease the soul.
